To say I am disappointed is an understatement.
I visited the store on the 11th of September, informed them the wedding is on the 4th of October and was told to collect the dress on the 1st of October.
Fast forward to a week leading up to the collection day, I call asking for photos and I'm told "I will send now". No images were sent, calls were being dodged. I go to the store on the 1st as discussed and the dress is not there.
I am told to come on Friday the dress will be ready. I come on Friday, once again there is no dress. I am told come Saturday morning 6am, the dress will be ready for sure, "this is my thing". Mind you this is the Saturday of the Wedding. I go there 6:45am, THERE IS NO DRESS. The material for my dress is lying on the floor, it's not even 2 meters long and the material doesn't even feel like it's good quality.
An entire month and nothing. I am so disappointed. I got a refund but at what cost. It's the morning of the Wedding and I have nothing. So much for trusting the process. My experience was absolutely horrible. The guy was quite smug and gave the most insincere apology. To show that he had no intention of making the dress, he had my refund on hand as soon as we walked in this morning.
Such nonchalance, such thief like behaviour. Solomon my dear, do better.
